Mauch Chunk Trust Company Promotes Louise Jenkins to Chief Retail OfficerContact: Patrick H. Reilly, President/CEO Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, August 18, 2022- Louise Jenkins has been promoted to Chief Retail Officer (CRO) for Mauch Chunk Trust Company. As CRO, Jenkins will be responsible for overseeing MCT’s seven Community Banking offices and Business Bankers. Jenkins joined MCT in March of 2020 and has over 32 years of experience in banking and sales. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business and has numerous certifications in General Banking and Consumer and Commercial Lending from the American Institute of Banking and the Central Atlantic School of Banking. She has held several different banking positions throughout her career in Branch Management, Mortgage Lending and Branch Administration. Her background also includes owning a small retail business and holding a real estate license. She is married to a small business owner in Schuylkill Haven, where she and her family have lived for 30 years. In her new role, Louise will develop and direct the implementation of sales and service strategies to grow and expand customer relationships and increase bank profitability.” MCT is a locally owned and managed independent community bank with its main office in Jim Thorpe, Carbon County, PA. The bank operates seven full-service community offices in Carbon and Schuylkill Counties as well as a Wealth Management office in Jim Thorpe. MCT was incorporated on August 25, 1902 as the successor institution to the Second National Bank of Mauch Chunk established in 1864 and will celebrate its 120th anniversary during August 2022. ###
