Mauch Chunk Trust Company Adds Two New Board Members

Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, September 2, 2021 - Effective September 25, 2021, Charlene Grant and Brian Seitz will join the Board of the Mauch Chunk Trust Company.

Mauch Chunk Trust Company is pleased to welcome both Charlene Grant and Brian Seitz to our board of directors, joining Charles Wildoner (Chairman), Patrick Reilly (President/CEO), William R. Reabold, Jr. (Secretary), Thomas R. Lisella, Dr. Edward C. Beckett, III, Ida M. Queen, and James R. Nanovic.

Charlene Grant is a native of Jim Thorpe, PA and now owns and operates the Wildoner Insurance Agency which was established over 70 years ago. Charlene has been a Pennsylvania Independent Insurance Agent for over 30 years, having lived and worked in the insurance industry in the Lehigh Valley for years before returning to the family business in 2009. Upon being asked to serve on the board of the Mauch Chunk Trust Company, she said “It’s an honor to even be considered to serve on the MCT Board, and I can’t wait to begin!” She and her husband of 32 years, Joe Grant, reside in Franklin Township. Their son Joseph is a Municipal Police Officer in Philadelphia.

Brian Seitz has worked at Seitz Bros Exterminating since 1996 where he has been the President and CEO for 20 years. Seitz Bros is a termite and pest control business serving local communities since 1975. Brian is also the President & CEO of Seitz Bros Property Holdings, a property holding company that has buildings in Carbon, Schuylkill, Monroe and Lehigh Counties. He also founded The Blue Lizard vineyard and winery where he was a partner for 6 years. Brian is a graduate of Marian High School. In his local community he has served on the Board of Directors for the Tamaqua Chamber, Board of Directors for Tamaqua Industrial Development Enterprise, Board of Trustees for St Luke’s Miners Campus and on the Advisory Board for Mauch Chunk Trust. Brian said, “With being a MCT customer for over 20 years and being on the MCT advisory board for 10 years, this is a true honor to serve on the board of directors!” Brian, and his wife of 20 years, Kylie, reside in Lake Hauto with their son, Jake.
