Press Release: Mauch Chunk Trust Company promotes Andujar to Vice President – Loan Operations Manager

Andujar joined MCT in October 2023 as Loan Operations Manager and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in January 2024. In her new role as Vice President, she will continue to oversee critical loan operations functions while helping drive operational efficiency, innovation, and service excellence throughout the organization.

During her tenure with MCT, Andujar has demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Under her guidance, the Loan Operations team has expanded with the addition of three new positions, strengthening the department’s ability to serve customers and support the Bank’s continued growth.

Among her notable accomplishments, Andujar played a key role in the development of Mauch Chunk Trust Company’s One-Close Construction Mortgage, Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) Home Equity Loan, and LMI Mortgage programs. She has also been instrumental in the Bank’s ongoing efforts to modernize and digitize loan department processes, enhancing both efficiency and the customer experience.

With more than 20 years of lending management experience, Andujar has earned numerous professional awards and accolades throughout her career. She resides in Macungie, Pennsylvania, and enjoys exploring new cultures, foods, and destinations in her free time.
