Press Release: MCT President and CEO Patrick H. Reilly Honored for 50 Years in Banking
Jim Thorpe, PA, August 27, 2026 – Mauch Chunk Trust Company (MCT) is proud to announce that President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick H. Reilly has received the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s Fifty Years in Banking Award, recognizing his 50-year career in the banking industry.
The PBA recognition honors Pennsylvania banking professionals who have demonstrated long-term dedication, leadership and impact during five decades of service. It recognizes contributions to financial institutions and the broader Pennsylvania banking community, as well as support for industry advancement, community engagement and professional mentorship.
Michelle Staton, Chief Operating Officer of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, presented Reilly with the award earlier in August.
The recognition comes as Reilly prepares to retire from MCT at the end of September 2026, bringing his 50-year banking career to a close. In his role as President and CEO, Reilly has helped guide MCT while supporting the bank’s longstanding focus on trust, personal service and community banking.
Following Reilly’s retirement, Nicole Barbaro, MCT’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will become the bank’s Chief Executive Officer. Barbaro was previously announced as Reilly’s successor as part of MCT’s planned leadership transition.
