Join the fun with MCT’s Bankers during Spirit Week, October 20–24, 2025!
All Fridays in October (3, 10, 17, 24, 31): Wear Pink to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month
October 20: Money Monday– Wear green, gold, or dollar-themed attire
October 21: Tie-Dye Tuesday – Wear tie-dye; employees can even pair up with a co-worker.
October 22: Wacky Wednesday – Wear your craziest, mis-matched clothes and socks.
October 23: Harvest Thursday – Wear plaid/flannel, pumpkin colors, or apple/pumpkin-themed attire.
October 24: Fan Friday – Show team spirit for your favorite sports teams within our footprint, including wearing pink on Friday.
Additionally, MCT employees will be showcasing their own pumpkin decorating contest in each office October 20 to 24 which you can vote on!
Customers who participate in the daily theme will receive a raffle entry for MCT swag! Raffle tickets available October 20-24, 2025 at MCT offices during normal business hours.
